First Generation Students

First generation students benefit from a supportive, connected community through which mentorship, resources and opportunities are shared. Through the Washington College experience, students are encouraged to develop a broad range of skills and competencies which will prepare them for the workforce of the future. Professional development workshops, funded experiential learning opportunities, and mentoring support empowers first generation students to maximize their potential and build a foundation for success.
