Welcome back! This week, there are workshops about funding sources and a collaboration with CES alumni to learn about careers in the environment. We can't wait to hear all about your spring break adventures.

Employers

Welcome to Washington College’s Employers Community!

Employers interested in recruiting students can post open positions, register for events, and request on campus interviews or rooms on our Handshake database, which is free and available 24/7. Signing up is easy, takes less than 5 minutes, and can be done here.

On-Campus Recruiting

On campus interview sessions (half or full-day) can provide a great opportunity for employers to meet Washington College students. The Center for Career Development can assist you by publicizing the positions you seek to fill and help you connect to qualified candidates. Sessions can be requested on Handshake.

Information Table

An easy and informal way to connect with Washington College students is by setting up an information table in one of our high-traffic areas (dining hall, book store, mailbox area, etc.). Plan to bring lots of print material to hand out and enjoy the opportunity to discuss possibilities at your organization with our students in a friendly and open setting.

Information Session

Information sessions can be schedule to discuss your organization, to share industry knowledge, or to provide a professional development topic such as interviewing , resumes, etc. Our office will provide space and audio-visual equipment, and market the event to students.

Classroom Presentations

Classroom presentations afford your organization the opportunity to connect directly with students and faculty in a given major/subject area. Please contact our office as early as possible so that we can coordinate this option with faculty.
