Externships are short-term, observational experiences that allow students to gain a better understanding of the world of work. Alumni, parents or friends of the College host students at their workplaces and introduce them to daily responsibilities, colleagues and workplace culture. Participating in externships allows students to “test the waters” and gain exposure to career paths that may be of interest. These valuable experiences take place across all industries and are offered during winter break.
