About this Job

As an Assets Protection Executive Intern, you will experience a realistic preview of how the Assets Protection team works to ensure safety and security as well as meet financial goals within a Target store. During our 10-week summer program you will work closely with an Assets Protection Executive and learn how we mitigate operational inventory shortages, monitor and investigate theft and ensure storewide safety compliance. You will also have the opportunity to grow your personal leadership skills by working with members of the team as well as other executives within the store as they work to meet the needs of our guests.

About You:

• Junior or rising Senior class standing preferred

• Desire to pursue a career in loss prevention

• Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking

• Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
