Surv is a growing startup business searching for outgoing and hard-working individuals who are passionate about doing odd jobs for and interacting with various homeowners in the community. Local Workers are the face of Surv in their community and are seeking to grow the mission and impact of the company. Compensation & Perks:

  • Starting pay can be $15-20/hr base, plus tips & bonuses. Usually averages between $15/hr-$24/hr.

Scope of Work: This position is a great opportunity to learn new practical, “handy” skills. If you are looking for entry-level, hands-on work and ready to gain a wide range of skill sets, apply today! An odd job helper could help on the following projects:

  • Moving
  • Landscaping & yard work
  • Painting
  • Junk removal
  • Cleaning and organizing
  • Furniture assembly
  • Event assistance
  • Snow Removal

You will be responsible for:

  • Arriving at each job site early & ready to work
  • Adhering to and practicing company values
  • Providing an exceptional experience for our Neighbors (customers) in your Community
  • Identify the needs of each neighbor and how Surv can further partner with them utilizing one of our memberships.
  • Presenting yourself as professional and personable on the job
  • Completing checkout procedures for each job you complete
  • Reaching out to the office staff with any issues on the job or operational concerns
  • Scheduled work is typically M-F between 8:30am-5:00pm. Some rotating Saturdays may be required if there are special events, during peak seasons, or depending on Neighbor’s job requests.
  • Attending regular company meetings

W Wednesday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Until 8:00 PM Ms. Bliss
TH Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Until 7:00 PM Mrs. Moody
F Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm  

Evening hours are conducted entirely through remote mode using HANDSHAKE online appointment system.
