Job Description:

RPI Group, Inc. is searching for an experienced Project Manager to assist in the technical and programmatic efforts required to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis related to undersea warfare. This position is located Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and/or experience:

  • Technical/programmatic support of ASW design and development efforts
  • Identification of program/technical risks and risk reduction plan development
  • Program/technical presentation development
  • Test support
  • Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions
  • Review test plans for content and security
  • Support adherence to IA requirements during test events
  • Program management
  • Provide program management, coordination, and documentation, as required
  • Provide monthly progress reports and financial overviews
  • Program and technical management interface support
  • Advanced skill with the Microsoft suite, specifically Power point and Word
  • Knowledge of the Navy procurement and logistics systems

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical undersea warfare programs
  • Experience in program management for Navy tasks including:Coordination of personnel resources to fulfill contract requirements;
  • Development and delivery of required contract CDRLs;
  • Monitoring of contract funding

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct knowledge of current undersea warfare programs
