Through the Relay Teaching Residency you will join a selective cohort of diverse, talented future teachers committed to making a profound social impact and educational justice. An innovative two-year residency program that provides aspiring teachers with a supportive, strategic introduction to the teaching profession. The program provides mentorship and robust coursework, resulting in a Master’s degree from Relay Graduate School of Education (GSE) and ultimately a lead teaching position at the conclusion of the two-year program.
