PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Our goal is to prepare fellows for a career in clinical psychology. We provide the supervision necessary for state licensure, which includes weekly peer and individual supervision. Post-doctoral fellows will gain experience within a premier private practice model organization providing up to 20-24 hours of clinical care per week. Depending on the location you choose, you may have access to: college counseling centers, pain clinics, hospitals, play therapy rooms with sand-trays, collaborative relationships with referring physicians, extensive psychological testing materials, and much more. Supervisors conceptualize from a diverse range of modalities, including CBT, DBT, Psychoanalytic/Dynamic, Family Systems, Spiritual/Christian, Trauma-Focused, etc. Fellows are free to work from the evidence-based theory of their choosing, and encouraged to expand their knowledge base throughout the post-doctoral year.

REQUIREMENTS:

A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) that qualifies for state licensure as a psychologist

SALARY/BENEFITS:

  • $40,000 annual salary
  • Full benefits package including group medical/dental/vision insurance
  • Individual, peer, and group supervision, collaboration and consultation
  • Study time for the EPPP
  • Opportunity for advancement to full-time employment
