POSITION TITLE

Marketing Operations Intern

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and driven summer intern to join Milliken’s corporate marketing team for summer of 2024.

In this role, you will own a project from creation to delivery; impact change on shared marketing processes and tools; engage with marketing leaders across the company; support the development of our marketing agency network; and play a role in creating our learning and development marketing plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and own your own project related to one of our five pillars of marketing excellence: Build Brand, Insights to Inform, Drive Demand, Capture Customers, or Score for Success.

• Work with Manager of Marketing Operations to develop and execute a campaign to market learning and development offerings to marketing associates.

• Assist with coordination and execution of global marketing events and trainings.

• Provide support in development of global marketing agency network.

• Manage the development of key marketing operations resources and templates.

• Learn the basics of how marketing projects are planned, executed, and measured across multi-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED

• Pursuing completion of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Media, or any relevant area of study

• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Must be available to work in a hybrid work environment 40 hours per week from May 31, 2024 – August 5, 2024.

Evening hours are conducted entirely through remote mode using HANDSHAKE online appointment system.
