Job Duties:

• Work on the product and dig down into issues to determine their root causes, and the skill to ask questions to obtain full understanding.
• Investigate and debug the “exceptions in the code” and growing the role into a czar of quality
• Leverage cloud platform products and services to build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure components
• Work very closely with the software engineering, product management, and operations teams to design and implement our next-generation high availability, scalable cloud architecture
• Implement automation tools to help with deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining cluster environments.
• Provide architectural and engineering leadership, defining and implementing strategies to ensure scalability, availability, and functionality
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status
