Easterseals Wisconsin is looking for dedicated and hard working individuals for our summer camp programs.

Currently ESW Camps is looking to hire for kitchen staff positions. Camp staff live on site, with paid training, and room and board provided. Staff will work long hours, breakfast through dinner with nights off and breaks throughout the day as well as weekends off(Friday afternoon-Sunday morning). All meals will be provided to staff for the summer.

Positions include:

Kitchen Aide

• Support head cook
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area
• Support the mission of Easter Seals Wisconsin Camps
• Stock coolers, water jugs, salad bar and dry storage areas as needed
• Assist with dishes, sweeping/mopping, laundry and meal preparation when appropriate

Dietary Aide

• Support and work closely with head cook
• Prepare and monitor special diets for campers and staff
• Help create altered menu for campers and staff with dietary restrictions i.e. gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, dairy free, pureed or thickened liquids
• Help maintain kitchen cleanliness by supporting and helping kitchen aides when needed
