Petro Services, Inc. is a highly reputed organization that owns and operates over 200 fueling locations. We are currently seeking a talented sales professional to grow our Fleet Card program. A candidate who is successful in this role will be strongly considered for future supervisory opportunities.
Description
The Fleet Card & Bulk Fuel Sales Manager must demonstrate a passion for strong customer relations and client service. Dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals are most adept at this role. The ideal candidate will be focused on driving high performance results, generating strong leads, identifying prospects, and will have experience selling in a B2B environment. We need a hunter with a knack for recognizing opportunities and nurturing client relationships, along with a proven record of landing new accounts.
Responsibilities
• Sell accounts in the region to ensure maximum revenue generation
• Meet/exceed sales targets
• Communicate ongoing contract and sales activities to the Director
• Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills, product and competitive knowledge
• Target specific fleet and bulk fuel segments and associated groups to capture new opportunities
• Work efficiently under minimal supervision
• Maintain focus to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisition (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Accurate data entry using laptop computer, tablet, and other electronic devices
• Demonstrated quota performance in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to sell against the competition
• Strong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skills
• High degree of time management capability
• Travel is required; must be comfortable driving independently
• Must pass background investigation, credit check, and drug screen
• Ability to advance opportunities through the sales cycle
• Demonstrate exemplary communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships within various partner organizations
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
• Goal-focused, self-motivated, creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations
Compensation package will include the use of a company vehicle and performance-based bonus structure.
