Maintain the supplier database, purchase order records, and related documentation.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrder weekly inventory for all departments using purchase orders in Fishbowl Complete Requests to Spend in Wrike for special ordersManage outstanding purchase orders in FishbowlCreate and submit weekly reports to Controller regarding weekly purchases Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors and team leads to source new productsConfer with vendor contacts to obtain the best possible pricingAssist with any vendor disputesProactive sourcing of products to improve efficiencyPricing review of products to improve costsSourcing of products on an emergency basis as neededGreet visitors and callers with a positive and helpful attitudeAdditional considerations and software knowledge desired for this position:ERP and Project Management Software (ie.
