Business Finance Position
Growing real estate firm in Baltimore City seeks Business and Finance Majors to support all areas of business. Successful candidates will have experience preparing and creating financial spreadsheets and pro-formas, performing financial analysis, and managing accounting operations. Position requires major in accounting/business/finance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, business acumen, good decision-making skills, advanced computer skills, ability to solve complex problems, and a desire to work in a real estate entrepreneurial environment.
Specific tasks include the following:
Working with Quickbooks Software System
Preparing Excel Spreadsheets
Preparing loan packages for lenders
Analyzing HUD-1 spreadsheets
Preparing reports for banks, financial institutions, state agencies
Reviewing insurance contracts
Helping to prepare proposals for the city, state, and federal government
Preparing government reports
Assisting with tax preparation
Assist with proposals, grants, presentations.
