Pro Football Hall of Fame "Before the Snap" ft. Riley Hecklinski

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to offer a brand-new series for learners in high school, college and beyond! “Before the Snap” gives an insight to professional careers in and around the NFL, while giving a live audience the opportunity to interact with an industry expert. On Friday, May 7th, 2021 at 12:00pm ET special guest Riley Hecklinski will be on hand to speak on her career, what she does in her current position and much more!!

Riley Hecklinski is a scouting assistant with the Cleveland Browns. A 2020 graduate of Indiana State University, Riley was a scholarship student-athlete at Indiana University before transferring to ISU to finish her academic and athletic career in only three years. As a Division I softball player, Riley learned the importance of hard work, teamwork, and multitasking. Her experience as a student-athlete as well as opportunities during her undergraduate career contributes to her work with the Browns. She served as a group leader at the Reese’s Senior Bowl for Jim Nagy, interned for the University of Kansas football program under Les Miles, and interned for the ISU Athletic Department. Born into a football family, Riley’s father is the offensive coordinator at San Diego State University and her grandfather is a former collegiate football coach and NFL scout. She was raised around football and attributes the love of the game to her dad and grandfather.
